ABOUT US
Mathew Hamilton
My dad, who spent his career in sales, helped introduce desktop computers to the market when they were still a novelty. He brought home the first Apple computer during my childhood, sparking my lifelong passion for digital technology.

With over 20 years of cross-category experience, I have advised a diverse range of companies—from small businesses to Fortune 500s—on how to successfully implement modern marketing strategies enabled by digital technology to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Today, I continue to consult with select clients while leading our search efforts.
​
Outside of work, I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding in the winter, watching obscure old movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah Stapley
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs who successfully built and exited multiple businesses, I was instilled with a solid work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of financial responsibility.

After a successful career in advertising operations—spanning project & resource management, process development, and people leadership—I followed my passion for people and transitioned into executive search, where I eventually honoured my entrepreneurial roots by launching my own recruiting business.
Today, I source top talent for some of North America's largest agencies and brands
Outside of work, I am passionate about health and fitness, traveling, reading and sewing.
